SpurtAlert is a combination digital and analogue barometer. A friend bought me a glass frog barometer as a gift (hi, Jen!) which uses water level to indicate barometric pressure, but had an extra note in the instructions to beware of spurting water over the spout in very high pressure.
Hence, SpurtAlert: Arduino, digital barometric pressure sensor, and high impedance sensor for detecting water spurting out of the frog. And an RGB LED to illuminate the frog and LCD for displaying the current pressure and trend, with custom font icons for various weather conditions.
